The Parkland Heights Shopping Centre is the final major facility in the estate’s masterplan to commence construction. It is located at the intersection of Nairn Drive and Furnivall Parade, opposite Pine View Primary School.
The Shopping Centre will be built over two stages, with Stage 1 expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027*.
The new centre will provide two supermarkets, with Coles already committed to a 3,600sqm tenancy in Stage 1.

A 500sqm family restaurant/restricted licence tavern will also be a welcome addition to the Parkland Heights’ community.
To be named ‘The Tipsy Toad’, it will be run by The Bbar’s owners, a successful tavern in north Baldivis, and will provide locals with a similar family-friendly place to meet and relax.
A 675sqm casual dining pavilion with landscaped alfresco seating will provide eight tenancies for food and beverage operators, offering further dining options.
Ample parking will be provided with more than 370 patron and staff parking bays.
