Stage 1 of the Parkland Heights Shopping Centre is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2027*, with a Coles, The Tipsy Toad tavern, Priceline, Liquorland, 7-Eleven, shops and food outlets within walking distance. Currently, a petrol station, pharmacy and medical centre are only a short distance away off Nairn Drive. The nearby Baldivis Town Centre is home to restaurants, cafes, banks, gyms, bars and medical centres, whilst the Baldivis Shopping Centre includes a variety of speciality stores.
