Why Parkland Heights

There are so many reasons to call Parkland Heights your home.

Construction starts on new primary school

In January, Education and Training Minister Sue Ellery turned the first sod at the site for the future Baldivis South Primary School (planning name) in Parkland Heights with construction now officially underway.

When complete, the new primary school will accommodate 430 students from kindergarten to Year 6 in state-of-the-art facilities that will feature five early childhood classrooms, three learning blocks providing 10 general classrooms, an inclusive education classroom, and a specialised art and craft room.

Staff and students will enjoy a covered assembly area complete with a canteen, music room, sports store, gardener's facilities and a uniform store.

The plans for the new school which will open for the 2021 school year, will also include grassed play areas, an oval, playing courts and a cricket pitch.

There are so many reasons to love Parkland Heights

Parkland Heights’ vision is to create a masterplanned community where everything you need is right on your doorstep.

With so much already established, and much more still to come, Parklands Heights is the ultimate location to build you and your family’s new dream home.

The O'Gorman family recently moved into their new home in Parkland Heights, hear what they have to say about family life in their new community.

Upsize your life

We want our community to have more without sacrificing a thing. Our smaller land release has been designed so there’s enough space to build a home you love spending time in.

While, a smaller easy-care block means you can enjoy every minute outside of it.

At Parkland Heights, you can have it all. It’s quiet enough to hear bushland bird song yet close to everything you need.

Our active community is waiting to welcome you while the shopping centre and dining precinct will be the place for me-time.

There’s sporting clubs, green spaces and beaches beckoning. Here, a smaller block gives you a richer life.

Keep active in the community

Home sites in Parkland Heights are within close proximity to the Baldivis Sports Pavilion and Eighty Road Reserve which includes two full-sized soccer pitches, a 400m athletics track, synthetic long jump run ups and pits, and a synthetic cricket wicket.

There are also clubroom facilities with change rooms, umpire rooms, a meeting room, multi-purpose social space and kitchen facilities.

Every Friday night, the Sports Pavillions comes alive with hundreds of children and their families participating in Little Athletics and Girl Guides.

Parkland Heights is part of a much larger active community full of sporting clubs, with the local cricket and soccer teams training and playing here during the winter and summer months.

Green open spaces to laugh, play and explore

Boasting lush green grass and a mixture of established and new shade trees, Parkland Heights is centered around a  large 24,000m2 grassed oval and children’s playground.

Covered with a large shade sail and boasting a huge 11m slide, this is among Parkland Heights’ favourite facilities. There are also two climbing forts with rope ladders and a bridge, a climbing wall and tornado swing.

Add sensory items like chimes and rainbow samba drums, and it’s easy to see why this playground is enjoyed equally by both the young and the young at heart.

The best of both worlds
